Further Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the current oversight process.
